The Filma Cass Office project by Birkani International, INC is a creative workspace study that emphasizes vertical connectivity and structural elegance. A central feature of the design is a bespoke, sculptural spiral staircase finished in a bold purple hue, which serves as a functional focal point connecting the main floor to the mezzanine level. The project is documented through detailed architectural perspectives and technical plans, including a precise “Merdiven Planı” (staircase plan) that illustrates the complex curvature and spatial integration of the structure. The interior layout utilizes the double-height volume to create a dynamic office environment where administrative zones and creative hubs coexist seamlessly. This project highlights our ability to combine technical precision with bold aesthetic choices to optimize compact architectural volumes for modern professional use.
