The Plan Pics project by Birkani International, INC is a technical documentation and site analysis study that forms the structural foundation for architectural revitalization. The project involves detailed on-site measurements and hand-sketched conceptual details to address specific structural requirements, such as rebar integration and foam insulation layers. Our schematic site plans document existing slab conditions and precise wall dimensions, providing a meticulous framework for subsequent design phases. These documents highlight our rigorous technical approach, where complex architectural sections are translated into actionable construction data.
