The technical construction survey logs essential administrative and on-site milestones, beginning with official municipal building permits, structural inspection tags, and excavation quality controls. The core of the portfolio highlights deep technical precision within utility framing, detailing dense subterranean MEP routing, heavy-duty under-floor PEX hydronic heating loops, custom timber floor joist sistering, and neatly bundled electrical conduit lines.
