The Star House project by Birkani International, INC is an avant-garde residential and eco-resort development study exploring non-linear geometric forms and complex site integration. The documentation details a series of conceptual 3D massing studies featuring multi-faceted polygonal pavilions, barrel-vaulted wings, and central structures topped with distinct conical sky-lights. The architectural exploration is deeply rooted in organic land planning, showcased through detailed physical site models that demonstrate the community’s careful terracing along steep, heavily forested natural ridge topographies. Additionally, the study includes modular dome-vault prototyping aimed at developing low-impact, futuristic housing units. This project highlights our capability in advanced parametric massing, complex topographical engineering, and the creation of eco-conscious architectural landmarks that blend seamlessly with rural landscapes.
