The Bodrum Apartments – Proposal project by Birkani International, INC is a contemporary residential concept designed to harmonize with the traditional architectural identity of the Aegean coast. The proposal features low-rise residential blocks characterized by a clean white stucco exterior, integrated flat roofs, and extensive timber accents including custom pergolas, balcony railings, and window shutter frames. The layout prioritizes outdoor living with spacious private verandas and landscaped pathways that seamlessly connect the units to their Mediterranean surroundings. This project highlights our capability in contextual vacation housing design, showcasing our ability to modernize traditional regional forms while delivering high-comfort, sustainable summer residences.
