The DJ project by Birkani International, INC is an extensive site analysis and contextual residential infrastructure study documenting a private estate integrated into a sweeping southwestern desert topography. The comprehensive photographic series focuses on macro-level site conditions, showcasing curvilinear Adobe-style stucco boundary walls, rustic timber pale fencing, and robust masonry entry monuments that anchor the property perimeter. The survey details complex civil grading, featuring unpaved access roadways, gravel-paved transition driveways, and terraced concrete pedestrian stairs engineered to navigate the natural hillside incline. The softscape integration embraces the local ecology, blending native arid shrubbery and low-water desert vegetation with mature regional trees to provide natural screening and preserve the site’s rugged environmental character. This project highlights our firm’s technical expertise in master site coordination, regional material applications, and landscape-driven architecture that functions in harmony with challenging rural terrain.
