The Goztepe Project by Birkani International, INC is a residential development characterized by its precise architectural planning and seamless urban integration in one of Istanbul’s most established districts. The project showcase includes the entire design evolution, from initial hand-sketched conceptual massing and schematic floor plans to detailed technical layouts. By utilizing a symmetrical floor plate that optimizes interior circulation and living space efficiency, we have developed a proposal that balances modern residential requirements with the specific site constraints identified through GIS and urban analysis. This project demonstrates our proficiency in the full design lifecycle, emphasizing our ability to translate early-stage creative ideas into buildable, high-quality residential architecture.
