The Culvert Houses Affordable Proposal by Birkani International, INC is an innovative architectural concept that repurposes industrial concrete culvert sections into high-quality, affordable living units. The design utilizes the inherent structural strength and thermal mass of cylindrical concrete forms to create modular, eco-friendly residences that are both durable and rapid to deploy. Our proposal includes detailed technical sketches for internal partitioning, spanning two levels within the circular shell to maximize usable floor area.
