The Ahmed Residence project by Birkani International, INC is a comprehensive residential renovation and spatial transformation study. The documentation details a full structural overhaul, capturing the transition from the initial interior demolition and framing stages to finished, clean drywalled living spaces. The project includes the modernization of core areas like the kitchen, alongside external facade enhancements on the adobe-style structure to improve thermal performance and durability under seasonal conditions. This study highlights our expertise in residential revitalization, showcasing our capacity to systematically manage full-scale residential turnarounds from raw site preparation to refined interior execution.
