The comprehensive site survey documents a multi-phase infrastructure layout, beginning with technical topographic contour mapping, satellite geographic modeling, and extensive hillside grading operations. The structural engineering portfolio highlights complex civil site stabilization, featuring robust cellular retaining wall installations and heavy earthen terracing engineered to secure the sloping terrain. Facing expansive lakes and panoramic mountain ranges, the master plan seamlessly integrates wide unpaved access roadways, regional infrastructure viaducts, and traditional multi-tiered oriental roof structures overlooking the waterfront.
