The comprehensive photographic survey captures a rural estate built from locally quarried natural stone, featuring historic multi-story cottage typologies overgrown with lush Mediterranean ivy, wild Bougainvillea, and mature olive orchards. The estate’s outdoor rekreation features custom-shaped swimming pools carved directly into the mountain grading, stone pathways, and panoramic viewing decks facing sweeping valleys and distant sea horizons. Inside, the residence preserves its heritage charm while introducing refined comfort, revealing rich open-timber ceiling joists, custom dark-wood kitchen cabinetry, patterned kilim area rugs, and minimalist master suites with rustic vanities.
