The Little Building 2022 project by Birkani International, INC represents a comprehensive structural assessment and renovation study of a compact architectural space. The referenced images document the “before” state of the property, highlighting its raw industrial character through exposed timber ceiling joists, open stud framing, and original masonry walls. Our proposal focuses on preserving the building’s authentic texture while upgrading its functional capacity to modern standards. The project involves a meticulous survey of the existing kitchen and utility zones to prepare for a contemporary interior transformation. This study showcases our expertise in adaptive reuse, where we identify the hidden potential in neglected structures and provide the technical framework for high-quality architectural revitalization.
