The Salih Durak İş Merkezi project by Birkani International, INC (executed under Birkani Tasarım ve Yapım) is a commercial mid-rise development study located in the active Fulya district of Istanbul. The documentation highlights detailed 2D architectural elevation drawings showcasing a symmetric facade layout that combines corporate green and deep red accent panels alongside structured window configurations. The design prioritizes urban commercial integration, featuring wide, column-free storefront glazing on the ground floor to maximize retail visibility and pedestrian accessibility. This project demonstrates our capacity in commercial urban infill developments, technical drafting accuracy, and the creation of highly functional corporate real estate tailored to dense metropolitan business hubs.
