The NY Apartments project by Birkani International, INC is a residential design and urban study exploring classic East Coast multi-family housing aesthetics. The documentation includes on-site photography of traditional red-brick brownstones featuring iconic detailed entryways, alongside mid-rise urban residential blocks integrated into active streetscapes. Complementing these archival references is a meticulous hand-drawn perspective sketch showcasing a modern, geometric residential proposal featuring a distinct glass atrium and textured masonry panels. This project highlights our ability to analyze historical urban typologies and translate those dense, metropolitan design sensibilities into contextual modern residential proposals.
