The Libya Apartment Complex project by Birkani International, INC is an extensive residential development study documenting the multi-phase construction of an 8-story mid-rise housing community. The documentation meticulously captures the progression of the development, starting from the heavy structural engineering phases featuring reinforced concrete framing and active tower crane operations across multiple blocks. The visual study follows the transition into scaffolding installation, exterior wall finishing, and ultimately the completed facade presentation showcasing a modern, sand-toned aesthetic tailored to the regional climate. This project highlights our robust capacity to manage large-scale international construction logistics and deliver high-density residential infrastructure from ground excavation to final architectural handover.
