The Istanbul Film Studio and Tower project by Birkani International, INC is a visionary landmark development that integrates cinematic production facilities with futuristic architectural forms. The design features a striking observation tower with a spiral exterior circulation and large-scale, transparent geodesic domes that house versatile studio environments. Situated along the waterfront, the complex utilizes advanced steel and glass engineering to create expansive, light-filled interior spaces while maintaining a bold silhouette on the city’s skyline. This project showcases our capacity for high-concept urban planning and the execution of complex, iconic structures that serve both cultural and commercial purposes.
