The architectural design embraces the historic Pueblo Revival style, featuring soft, rounded plaster facades in warm earth tones, distinctive parapet rooflines, and embedded timber accents. The complex integrates a unique rooftop terrace layout highlighted by a traditional smooth-finished dome structure, alongside spacious wooden pergolas that offer shaded outdoor living while overlooking the expansive desert valley and mountain vistas.
