The Payson Ripley project by Birkani International, INC is a dedicated historical preservation and residential architectural study focused on southwestern Adobe and Pueblo Revival typologies. The comprehensive photographic survey documents the restoration and structural evaluation of a multi-unit residential compound characterized by its organic earthen-toned stucco facades, flat roof profiles, and classic exposed timber window lentos. The design highlights contextual landscaping, featuring low-profile natural stone retaining walls, open-air brick patio seating, and shaded service pathways optimized for dense historical neighborhood layouts. This project demonstrates our firm’s technical expertise in traditional material conservation, historical regional context analysis, and our capability to subtly modernize historic residential property frameworks while retaining their cultural identity.
